"Super easy to spot a charger"
I needed to charge my phone before my flight and found a charging station quickly. It worked just fine, and there wasn’t any wait, which made the whole airport wait feel a lot less irritating. Definitely one of those small things that makes the experience better...

"Quick and Easy Bag Pickup!!"
Got my bag way faster than I expected!! The signs were easy to follow, and even though it was a little crowded around the belt, it wasn’t too bad at all

"A Little Adventure Before Boarding"
I tried to find my gate info, which you’d think would be the easy part of air travel, but the terminal directions had other plans. Everything felt kind of mixed up and unclear, so I got a surprise mini scavenger hunt before my flight. Very generous of them.

"Slow line, but decent staff"
The line moved slowly, and I was starting to wonder if it was just me being impatient. The staff were okay though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just feel like it could’ve been a bit more efficient, right?

"I had to use the airport…"
I had to use the airport restroom while I was there, it was not in good shape. The trash was overflowing, there was water all over the sinks, and a couple of the stalls looked like nobody had checked on them in ages. The main walking areas seemed fine, but the bathrooms really made the whole place feel dirty. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any actual staff around to tell about it or ask for help, just the usual signs and machines everywhere. For such a busy airport, I expected a lot better

"Easy Place to Wait Around"
There were some nice food spots and shops around, so waiting there was actually easy, not a hassle at all.

"Compared to other airports I’ve been through, finding..."
Compared to other airports I’ve been through, finding a restroom here was actually easy. They were close by, clean enough, and I didn’t have to wander around before my flight, which made the whole stop a lot less frustrating.

"Helpful for families, but I expected a bit more"
I used skyharbor.com before traveling with my kids, and it did have some helpful basics like info on nursing rooms, family restrooms, and parking. That definitely made the planning a little easier, especially when you’re trying to figure things out ahead of time with kids in tow.

That said, the site felt kind of scattered, and I had to click around way more than I expected just to find simple details. Clearer maps for stroller-friendly routes and kids’ areas would make a big difference. It wasn’t terrible, but for the extra hassle, I’d expect some kind of improvement or even a small compensation/credit if they’re promoting it as a family-friendly resource

"Construction was happening, but it was still easy"
So... I was expecting Sky Harbor to be a total headache with all the construction going on, but it wasn’t too bad. The signs were easy enough to follow, and when I got turned around, the staff helped point me in the right direction. It did add a little extra time, but nothing major. Overall, the trip was still smooth even with the work happening

"Way too crowded most of the time"
Sky Harbor has just been way too packed lately. The lines were long, finding a seat was a pain, and just trying to get around felt kinda stressful. It wasn’t like the worst airport experiance ever, but the crowds made everything take longer and feel more annoying than it needed to. I really wish they managed the busy times a bit better.

"Made Airport Pickup Much Less Confusing"
I checked Skyharbor before my trip to figure out the ground transportation options, and it was really helpful. The pickup info was easy to find, so when I got to the airport I didn’t feel lost or unsure where to go. I think other travelers would appreciate how simple it makes things, especially if you’re trying to avoid last-minute stress.

"Pet relief spots were alright, I guess"
I did find the pet relief areas, so I can’t really complain too much, but the signs could definitely be better. I feel like if I had to look around for them, then they weren’t really easy to find, even though I did find them.

"Wifi was totally fine"
I used the wifi a few different times and, it worked great for me. I’m not sure what else people would expect, but it stayed connected and was easy enough to get online. No issues on my end.

"Found a Seat Fast, Thank Goodness"
I can’t stand wandering around an airport looking for somewhere to sit, so I was relieved to find plenty of seats near my gate right away. No hassle, no waiting around, just sat down and got on with it.

"A Surprisingly Relaxing Wait"
I got to the terminal expecting the usual restless wait before a flight, but it actually turned into a easy little break. I found a comfy seat, the place was nice and cool, and before I knew it I was just sitting back and relaxing instead of counting down the minutes. not a bad way to start a trip.

"A Little Hit or Miss Temperature-Wise"
Overall, Sky Harbor was fine, but the temperature inside felt a bit inconsistent to me. Some areas were comfortable, but then I’d end up waiting in spots that felt warmer than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those things that made the experience feel less comfortable than it could’ve been.

"Misleading noise info made the stay frustrating"
Booking through Skyharbor.com was straightforward, so I didn’t expect any issues there. What annoyed me was the way the noise situation was described. It made it sound like airport noise was manageable or just occasional, but that was not my experience at all.
The place was loud early in the morning, late at night, and felt nonstop. I know staying near an airport means some noise, but the wording felt misleading and downplayed it way too much. I barely slept and couldn’t really relax or get work done.

"Easy enough, but I still felt kind of overlooked"
Parking was actually really simple, security moved quicker than I expected, and the signs made it easy to find my way around. Overall it was way less stressful than usual, but I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question and couldn’t really get anyone’s attention.
